An account of "CCC User Support Site" wil be provided to each license holders.

The Technology User Support Site

This site, operated and managed by CCT, is to provide support service to all CCC users.
Provided services include, "CCC Pro (*)," CCC ASP encoding service, Manual downloads, user support desk and more.

In addition, "CCC Lite," free CCC ASP encoding service is provided for non CCC license holders.
Users are provided with authorized services after logging in to the site.
*A fee will be charged for the usage of CCC Pro.
